Chandler Hutchison

Founder & Head of Player Development

From the moment Chandler could walk, he had a basketball in his hands. As he grew, so did his passion for the game. Whether it was competing in AAU programs or doing solo workouts in the backyard and at the park, he absolutely loved the game and was always focused on improving.

At Mission Viejo High School, he got his first experience with high level basketball and never looked back. Earning top honors while leading the Diablos to multiple standout seasons, he propelled himself to the Division I level at Boise State University.

With support from coaches and mentors, and through discipline and sacrifice, he excelled over his four-year college career—ultimately becoming a first-round NBA draft pick.

After transitioning out of professional sports, his passion for the game has only grown stronger, inspiring the creation of Mpact Basketball Development. Through this platform, he is dedicated to helping the next generation of hoopers develop their skills, reach their full potential, and pursue their dreams.
